We are a family owned business.

Hello everyone!  We are John McKinnon and Aubre McKinnon. We started working with mobile homes in 2016 and fell in love with the industry. We founded Mobile Home Exchange LLC, a family-owned business in 2020 to help provide affordable housing solutions to our community. Mobile Home Exchange LLC is based in Roebuck, South Carolina, which allows clients easy access from Greenville, Spartanburg, and surrounding areas. We are an independent dealer that gives you the option to compare different manufacturers online or in person. We offer new and used options as well as allowed warranty services provided by the manufacturer. We’d love to meet you!

Glenn Fritz grew up in the restaurant business. His family had a restaurant in Greenville, South Carolina for over 50 years. When he was old enough, he went to work for Sara Lee selling food to various restaurants in the Greenville market. After 14 years, Glenn decided to open his own restaurant in a nearby town. He eventually sold the restaurant and went on to manage some national chains that included Cracker Barrel and Longhorn Steakhouse. At the age of 50 he decided to make a life change. Glenn wanted to do something totally different, so he went back to school and got his property management license and went to work for a local management company. It was a small company but gave the knowledge and experience he was looking for. He then went to work for a national property management company, and it helped in shaping the way he operates today. After that, he realized he wanted to start his own company so he opened SGS Property Services, with no clients. Glenn had faith in himself, and soon one client became two clients and so forth. He has not looked back since.
